A player shows as offline

A player is offline when it hasn't checked in for about 90 seconds. Commands you send are kept and run when it reconnects.

1. Check that the player is powered on and shows a picture.
2. Make sure it has internet access. Players only need outbound HTTPS to cloud.fluidplayback.com; no ports have to be opened.
3. On the player's admin page, open Settings → Cloud. It shows the last check-in time and any connection error.
4. If Cloud is switched off there, switch it back on.
